We recognize the value of a Broker. 

Brokers always have a better handle on what's going on in their market place. Brokers know of more opportunities and are keenly aware of high-level trends.  
 

We look for...
 

1. Brokers that are willing to represent the numbers fairly. Thereby giving us the clearest picture of how the property performs and operates currently.  
2. Brokers that present pro forma numbers. And, will not insist that the actual sales price be directly tied to those pro forma numbers.
3. Brokers  that will educate the seller as to what is fair and reasonable. Which allows us room to do our job of turning the property around. 
4. Brokers that can represent the property for us when we are ready to sell at an increased value. We want to help you in return for helping us.

We want to create relationships with brokers who are qualified, capable and knowledgeable of the asset classes and markets we are interested in investing in. We are interested in seeing reasonably priced properties that have value added opportunities. 
 

Brokers get paid by performance and we are qualified to close the deal with cash, conventional financing, owner financing, or creative financing. We're  willing to do whatever it takes to find a way to close a high-quality  deal. We have the capital to close and have assembled a team of  professionals allowing us to quickly make the acquisition. 
 

If anyone tries to avoid paying commission, we stand next to our brokers. We value our reputation and our long-term relationships. We make sure our brokers get paid their commission.
